Senior Operational Manager for Jakarta & Surabaya
(Jakarta, Surabaya)

Responsibilities:


Sells and promotes company’s services and products
To explore business opportunity and achieve the sales target
Motivate, coach, and lead the branch team (Sales, Service and Admin Department)
Implements sales plan effectively and efficiently
Maintain good relations with internal and external clients / providers / other related parties (client visit, prompt respond for complain, internal/external meeting, etc)

Requirements:


Hold min S1 degree from any major but S2 overseas is preferable
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing business unit as Branch Manager/Operational Manager/Regional Manager with proven track record
Target oriented, proactive, enthusiasm, high achievement motivation
Good communication & negotiation skill
Fluently in English is a must
Possess own car is a must
